BGO is a single-terminal field, so security rarely feels like OSL — the real schedule risk is West Norwegian weather and a lone 17/35 runway. Domestic hop to Oslo for a long-haul connection still needs honest buffer. International passengers should clear security with time to reach the non-Schengen/international hold and the Bergen Lounge if using it (3-hour access window before departure). Arrive earlier than the terminal size suggests whenever METAR looks ugly or your itinerary depends on an OSL bank.

Check-in and bag drop sit landside in the main 2017 terminal; after security, follow domestic vs international / Schengen signage before you settle into a café. Gate letters and bus-gate calls still move — re-check screens. The Bybanen station is on the lower level of the same building (stairs/lifts), not a shuttle ride away. The helicopter terminal is a separate facility for North Sea crew — ignore it for airline travel.

Since 1 Oct 2025, international SAS Business and SkyTeam Elite Plus on SAS use this lounge instead of the closed SAS Café Lounge.
