FTI-TTP e-gates (PIB 11 Sep 2025) are for pre-enrolled Indian nationals and OCI cardholders only; register at ftittp.mha.gov.in; DigiYatra is a different product and does not open those gates. Bird Lounge absorbs a hold only after you have cleared into international airside with an eligible card-programme entitlement (it is no longer on Priority Pass). Saudi-route flights were widely cancelled or paused in October 2026, so check with the airline first. ATS hourly capacity is 8 mixed movements; weather on the tabletop 10/28 strip still stacks delays.

Calicut International Airport and the Kozhikode city center
Compare prepaid private transfers to Kozhikode — useful overnight, with luggage, or when you want a locked-in fare before you land.
Plan A from arrivals counters into Kozhikode / Malappuram corridors — often ~45–75 minutes for the eAIP 28 km hop; keep the docket.
Tip: Ignore unsigned kerb touts; prepaid desk is the safe late-night default.
Use only when the pickup pin matches the door you exited; keep prepaid fallback when the pin drifts.
Tip: Late-night coverage can thin out — do not wait indefinitely on a wrong pin.

Checked 23 Oct 2026: Priority Pass lists no lounges at Calicut. Bird Lounge (Level 1 near Gate 1, international Security Hold Area, open 24 hours) is listed as operational on HDFC’s card lounge list. Check your own card’s list. IndiGo says international lounge add-ons are temporarily suspended. Mastercard LoungeKey has no CCJ airport and DragonPass has no live lounge body.
