Azalea is the only lounge, in the second-floor departure lobby, open 6:45–20:40. The phone number is 0957-52-8834. It can be used on a same-day departure or arrival, one card per flight.
The walk-up price is ¥1,100 tax included for two hours for an adult, then ¥550 per hour. A child is ¥550, then ¥275 per hour. The lounge is fully cashless.
Two hours are free for designated platinum and gold members of the issuers shown on the Azalea page, or for an eligible card member. Some cards are excluded. You must show a physical credit card in your own name and proof of a same-day flight. Mileage cards and barcodes do not count. DragonPass is one of the logos on that page. Priority Pass and LoungeKey are not.

Soft drinks, power, USB ports, and Nagasaki Airport Free Wi-Fi are included. Alcohol, snacks, and light meals are paid. Outside food and drinks stay outside, lounge items stay inside, calls and remote meetings are not allowed in the room, smoking is not allowed, and pets are not allowed except guide dogs.

Free Wi-Fi covers the whole building. Select Nagasaki Airport Free WiFi. There is no password. Wire and Wireless (Wi2) operates it. Support is 0120-858-306, 10:00–19:00, in Japanese.

On the restaurant guide, LOG KIT (11:00–19:00, last order 18:30) and Hachinoya (11:00–20:00, last order 19:30) are listed before the second-floor heading. Shobu sushi is 11:30–20:30 (last order 20:00), Tsubaki and Botan noodles are 10:30–20:30 (last order 20:00), Starbucks is 7:00–20:00, and Liquor Museum is 11:00–20:30.

The airport does not publish a drinking-fountain map or a bottled-water price.

The FAQ says rental-car counters are on the first-floor arrivals lobby and in the second building, and that ATMs are on the first floor between domestic check-in and the arrivals lobby. It also says there are three smoking corners and that coin lockers are in the first-floor arrivals lobby.
