Azalea (ビジネスラウンジ「アザレア」) is the only lounge at Nagasaki Airport. It sits in the second-floor departure lobby and is open 6:45–20:40. The published phone number is 0957-52-8834. Adults pay ¥1,100 tax included for two hours and ¥550 for each extra hour. Children pay ¥550 and then ¥275 an hour. The lounge does not take cash. Designated platinum and gold members of the card issuers shown on the airport page, or an eligible card member, receive two hours free. The page says some cards are excluded. Entry requires a physical credit card in the holder's own name and proof of a same-day flight, such as a ticket, airline app, e-ticket, bag tag, or reservation email. Mileage cards and barcodes are not accepted. One card covers one flight, and the lounge can be used on a departure or an arrival. DragonPass appears among the card logos under that free-entry rule. Priority Pass and LoungeKey are not on the page. Included items are soft drinks, power, USB, and the airport Wi-Fi. Alcohol, snacks, and light meals are paid. The rules bar outside food, taking lounge items out, phone calls and remote meetings inside the room, smoking, and pets other than guide dogs.
