The only published paid-network lounge is this domestic T1 room. Soft drinks and Wi-Fi, no showers, and no confirmed hot food. A reseller listing says opposite gate 2 and a two-hour cap; Priority Pass says gate 5 and prints no cap.

Airlines Lounge is the Priority Pass room: T1, domestic, floor 2, opposite gate 5, after security, open 05:50–22:10. The listing includes soft drinks, Wi-Fi, a telephone, and step-free access. It says no smoking and no dress code, and children under 2 are free. Showers and hot food are not on the list. A reseller page puts the same kind of room opposite gate 2 and caps a visit at 2 hours; Priority Pass prints neither of those, so use the gate 5 door and ask at the desk about a time limit.
DragonPass shows one first-class lounge in the main terminal and no restaurants. It does not print a lounge code on the public page, so do not hunt for an A-code that is not there. LoungeKey was not confirmed.
Food on the public side is a small regional spread. Do not plan a long connection around a full kitchen. Buy water before security if you want a bottle; a published refill tap and a published bottle price were not found.
Winter is the real operational risk. Hulunbuir nights go far below freezing, and a clear-day 30-minute cutoff still fails if the inbound is late. Nothing in the current public schedule is a standing closure.
