Civilian 4D airport in Hailar District, Hulunbuir. IATA HLD, ICAO ZBLA. Not Manzhouli (NZH), and not the separate air-force field.
CAAC 2025: 3,239,067 passengers (rank 61, +0.3%), 26,552 movements (−1.8%), 6,233.3 tonnes of cargo.
Live campus is T1 and T2 for domestic flights plus a small international hall on the west side. The 63,000 m² terminal in the master plan is not open.
Runway 09/27 is 2,800 × 45 m. The 2020 licence caps the largest approved type at the Boeing 757-200.
Manual check-in closes 30 minutes before departure on domestic, regional, and international flights.
Hailar is a National Immigration Administration 240-hour visa-free transit port. The 24-hour airside no-inspection shortcut does not include this airport.
