BZG · Kujawy-Pomerania’s close-in Paderewski field: a single compact terminal ~3.5 km from Bydgoszcz centre, a record 439,836 passengers in 2025, classic 100 ml security, a Schengen Business Executive Lounge on Priority Pass and Amex Platinum, and ZDMiKP bus 80 instead of an airport rail station.
POZ · Record-breaking single-terminal LCC/charter gateway with CT liquids-friendly security, a Priority Pass Business Executive Lounge, and cheap ZTM buses 159/148 — still no rail link and thin airside food.

Record 2025 leisure banks still fill a small hall
Compact terminal, real leisure peaks — pad check-in and security when Ryanair and charter banks overlap.
One terminal — Schengen BEL upstairs; non-Schengen stays downstairs
Single Paderewski terminal — easy to walk; the failure mode is assuming the Schengen lounge is on a non-Schengen Ryanair path.
So!Coffee / Coffee to go + Baltona — eat in Bydgoszcz if you have time
Two café brands and Baltona retail — fine for coffee, not a dining hall.
