The terminal is compact, but Ryanair/Wizz/charter banks still stack at check-in and the security funnel. Airport guidance is to arrive at least two hours before departure. Fast Track (PLN 50 via ToBilet or the kiosk) buys the dedicated security lane when the main queue is long — available from 04:00; airport Fast Track hours close at 21:00 or 22:00 depending on the weekday, so late departures may not have it. CT lanes usually let compliant liquids stay packed; still empty obviously oversized bottles if staff ask.

Single terminal; BEL is airside after security — non-Schengen travellers need a passport-control buffer.

All airlines use the single passenger terminal on Bukowska. After screening the flow splits toward Schengen gates and non-Schengen passport control. Business Executive Lounge sits airside in the departures sterile area (Priority Pass: right-hand side of the departures hall after security / passport control as applicable). Non-Schengen passengers who use the lounge must still clear passport control to reach non-Schengen gates — leave a buffer. Follow passenger-terminal signs; Krzesiny airbase is a separate military field southeast of the city.

Prefer landside food or the BEL; SSID is Poznań Airport by JustWIFI.

POZ is a regional LCC/charter field: landside has the more predictable coffee and snack options before security. Airside is thinner and priced like every European leisure airport. Business Executive Lounge (PLN 139 day entry, Priority Pass / Dragon Pass) is the only public lounge and includes hot/cold drinks, sweet snacks and alcohol on the airport page — better value than buying a full meal airside if you already hold a pass. 2025 was the airport’s busiest year (4.14M passengers). Capacity pressure shows up as longer LCC queues rather than multi-terminal confusion.
