Exit arrivals and walk ~40 m to the signed PisaMover station. Automated shuttle to Pisa Centrale (plus intermediate San Giusto/Aurelia) averages about 5 minutes. Official occasional fares: €6.50 one-way / €13.00 return; tickets from the station machines or company office — QR at the gates; validity 30 days from issue (except Trenitalia combo tickets). Service daily 06:00–24:00, extended to 01:00 from 1 June to 30 September; frequency varies with demand. After midnight, default to CO.TA.PI. taxis on the arrivals kerb (Radio Taxi 050 541600). Fixed fares: €10.80 Centrale, €14.50 Piazza Duomo / Piazza Manin / Ospedale Cisanello, plus holiday/night (~€3.10), booking, bag and extra-passenger supplements. For Florence without changing trains, Sky Bus Lines Caronna stops ~50 m outside the terminal — daytime from about €11.99–€14.99 online, night from ~€21.99 (operator site; ~60′ to Guidoni / T2 by day, SMN by night).

Pisa still runs classic EU LAG rules: liquids in ≤100 ml containers inside a clear 1-litre bag; electronics out when asked. ENAC’s published CT / ≤2 L liquids waiver list does not include Pisa — pack as classic. Carta dei Servizi 2025 shows 2024 security waits of 11′01″ in 90% of samples with a 9′00″ 2025 target — Ryanair banks still swell the hall. Priority Lane is available for contracted airline passengers or buy a single-use pass for €12 at the Toscana Aeroporti / Customer Service ticket desk (children under 2 free with an adult ticket; non-refundable desk passes valid 3 months). Carta / ENG guide advise arriving about 2.5 hours before departure; terminal doors open at 04:00.

One airside Galilei VIP on PP (05:00–22:00 listed); day entry ~€25–€35; 3 h / capacity limits.

Galilei VIP Lounge sits airside on the 1st floor of departures after security (Priority Pass: after passport control, before Schengen gates). Priority Pass publishes daily hours 05:00–22:00 and notes the lounge may close 40 minutes before the last scheduled departure; children under 4 free. Access via Priority Pass / LoungeKey-style cards, participating airline entitlements, or paid day entry (third-party sellers often quote roughly €25–€35 with a 3-hour cap — confirm live desk / seller price). Amenities on Priority Pass: AC, standard alcohol, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, flight info, press, step-free access — no showers advertised. Capacity and schedule can vary; early Ryanair banks before 05:00/08:00 may find the room still closed even if PP prints 05:00 — check the door board. VIP Club meet-and-assist (hostess/porter + lounge + ramp transfer) is a separate paid product via vip.psa@toscana-aeroporti.com.

Toscana Aeroporti promotes Assaeroporti’s Refill & Fly programme with free potable refill points landside and airside — follow terminal signage (Assaeroporti table also notes a free dispensing point after security). Empty bottles before classic 100 ml screening, then refill. Free Wi-Fi SSID Airport-Free-Wifi covers the passenger terminal for 12 hours (Carta / Service Guide 2025).
