Timing

Budget 3 hours international, 2 hours domestic

S7 and most carriers close desks 40 minutes before departure; international passengers also walk the C-to-B gallery after the Sector C door.

Early check-in at Sector C desks 1–2 is 12 hours out and only for Aeroflot, Rossiya, Aurora, Alrosa and Yamal (from 26 May 2026). S7 accepts a phone QR boarding pass in Sector C — leftover 24-hour S7 desks were Terminal A in 2014.

Terminal

Walk in through Sector C, even for international

The kerb door is Sector C. International passengers follow Sector B signs through the gallery; the old street door on B is closed.

Domestic stays in C (check-in floor 1, security up, gates on floor 3; Comfort lounge is down from Gate 6 to floor 2). Sector A is not a live scheduled-passenger hall. The four white 'turbine' columns are the landside landmark.

Food

Eat landside at Magnit GO, then Caffetino airside for water

Magnit GO next to Sector C check-in is the cheap bottle and snack (coffee from 129 RUB, hot dog from 169 RUB in a July 2025 price check).

After security, Pelmenissimo 'Academic' dumplings were 310 RUB and Caffetino sold 0.5 L water at 85 RUB — versus 350 RUB at the Grey Wall Pass bar on floor 3 before screening. International airside is thinner: Chashka Kofe and Khamovniki.

Status

S7 Gold/Platinum skip the paid rooms

S7 FLEX business, S7 Priority Gold/Platinum and oneworld business use the S7 lounge; everyone else pays or uses a listed Russian lounge network.

Comfort (domestic, showers, kids' corner) is the better paid room if you already hold DragonPass, Grey Wall, Every Lounge, Persona.aero or Golden Key. International walk-in is cheaper at the official 2,500 RUB desk than via Fast Track bundlers.

9.682 million passengers in 2025 (airport via AEX/AVIA.RU, 15 January 2026): 7.608 million domestic and a record 2.074 million international, plus 2.736 million transfer passengers. Fourth in Russia after the Moscow airports, Pulkovo and Sochi.
Live campus is Sector C (domestic hall opened 9 February 2023; 54 desks, 25 lifts, 18 escalators) plus Sector B international, joined by a gallery. Street entrance is Sector C. Leftover 'Terminal A / Terminal B as two buildings' maps are stale.
S7 Airlines hub. Typical desks close 40 minutes before departure. From 26 May 2026, Sector C desks 1–2 open 12 hours out for Aeroflot, Rossiya, Aurora, Alrosa and Yamal only — not S7.
No metro and no airport rail. Express bus 111E ('Snezhinka') runs Novosibirsk-Glavny (metro Garina-Mikhailovskogo) to the airport, 130 RUB plus 50 RUB per bag from 16 December 2024, about 45–60 minutes.
Unified e-visa covers 64 listed nationalities. UK, US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand passports need a consular visa. Apply only at electronic-visa.kdmid.ru. Scheduled passenger flights to the EU, UK and US remain suspended.
Official international walk-in lounge is 2,500 RUB / 4 hours at the desk. Domestic Comfort is about 4,450 RUB on 2026 aggregator tables. Confirm Priority Pass in the live card app — 2026 round-ups list DragonPass / Grey Wall / Every Lounge on Comfort and do not treat PP as guaranteed.
