International Business Lounge — 4th floor, international departure zone. Operator: buffet, Belarusian alcohol included, foreign spirits extra, smoking room, Wi-Fi, shower room, sleep cabins extra. Priority Pass msq1-international-lounge, 3.7/147, 24/7, max 2 hours, “next level via stairs” after security and passport control. Collinson: may close at short notice.
Business Lounge (Union Sector) — 4th floor, Union departure zone. Same walk-in tariff. Operator service list omits showers. Priority Pass msq2-domestic-lounge, 3.9/77, domestic/Union boarding pass only, stairs then turn left, prayer room + smoking room, max 2 hours.
DragonPass lists both as T1 rooms (International Business Lounge + Business Lounge (Union Sector)) and 0 restaurants. There is no T2.
Mastercard World Elite / Black Edition issued in Belarus only, plus Belkart Maximum, self-register at the terminal by the lounge desk. Name on card must match the boarding pass.
