One terminal. Arrivals on the lower floor; check-in above; airside shops/duty-free on the 3rd floor; business lounges and guest/mother-and-child rooms on the 4th. Operator numbering is the one on the signs — do not remap it onto Wikipedia’s “ground / second / third” leftover.

International sector vs Union sector (Russia / Union State). You cannot wander between them airside. A Russia boarding pass does not get you into the international lounge, and vice versa.

Security points A and B are the landside→airside split. Follow the boarding pass, not the prettier corridor.

Mother-and-child room: 4th floor, sectors 1–2, outbound passengers with children under 8, passports + tickets. 55 BYN per person per day for Belarusian residents, 90 BYN for foreign citizens. Hours 09:10–20:40 and 21:10–08:40 with meal-break closures. Same floor/wing as the temporary accommodation (guest) rooms (tariffs applied from 1 May 2026; no hold baggage in the room — dump it in left luggage first).

VIP/CIP Hall of Officials and Delegations: left wing, 1st–3rd floor, 24/7, application the day before (cash) or 3 days before (invoice). Business-class passengers who check in normally are sent to the business lounge, not VIP. VIP is a paid meet-and-greet with a personal agent, not a Priority Pass room.

Step-free: operator lists PRM parking on P1 row 1, one P2 space, and three spaces next to the terminal. Reduced-mobility drop-off uses the overpass then the marked bay opposite arrivals sectors 1–2. From 4 Sep 2026, disability-group I/II (and group III with musculoskeletal disorders) parking is free with documents + a ticket, taxis excluded.

Bus 300Э (Minsktrans): Centralny bus station (≈600 m walk from Minsk-Passazhirsky / Plošča Lienina metro) ↔ MSQ, about 1 hour. Airport stop: sectors 5–6, 1st floor, by the taxi rank. Fares on the live Minsktrans page: 7.60 BYN city→airport, 7.75 BYN airport→city; Uručča 5.50 / 5.70 BYN. Tickets at bus-station desks, machines, online, airport terminal machines, or the driver. Night/early list on airport.by includes 00:10 through 22:50 city-side departures — always re-check Minsktrans before a red-eye.
Bus 173Э is a Sokol-district local with a stop at the Airport logistics centre, not the city-centre product.
Aeroexpress 1400-ТК / 1430-ТК (ООО «Бэти Трэвол»): 3.30 BYN, ~50 min, belts on, no standing, no eating. 1400 via Uručča is the useful one.
Taxi / transfer: official 7373 rates above. Yandex Go from arrivals. Ignore leftover “€30 typical” and leftover 30 BYN kiosk photos.
Parking: P1 1,235 spaces 6 BYN / 4 h or 12 BYN / day; P3 1,283 spaces 5 BYN / 4 h or 10 BYN / day; P2 138 spaces inside the cordon 2 BYN / h, 48 / 336 / 1,440 day/week/month. Curb 20 min free × first two visits/day, then 10 BYN/h. Four free spaces behind the aviation museum. Admin +375 33 300 10 19 (P1, 24/7) / +375 33 629 57 55 (landside, 24/7).
Car rental desks exist (operator About page). Do not treat leftover Avis/Sixt name-drops as a live desk list without walking up to the counter.
