Since March 2020 all public transport in Luxembourg is free (except 1st-class rail). Tram line T1 terminates at Findel-Luxembourg Airport since 2 March 2025 (~every 8 min daytime). Buses 16 and 29 also reach Gare Centrale / city every 10–15 minutes. No ticket, no app — just board.
Pack the old LAG bag — LUX is not a CT liquids-in-bag airport yet.
Official lux-Airport security pages still require LAG containers ≤100 ml in one transparent resealable 1 L bag; laptops and large electronics out of the bag. No published CT liquids waiver. Soft cheese, foie gras, marzipan and similar pastes are treated as liquids and often confiscated in cabin bags.
Best-value snack run is landside Oberweis / Starbucks before screening.
Oberweis pastry shop in the departures hall is the local treat stop (pastries, chocolates, snacks). Landside also has Starbucks (ground floor public area) and Sandwiches & Cie in arrivals. Airside: Aelia walk-through duty free, Panopolis / Moselier (Schengen), Petit Moselier (non-Schengen), Lux Brewery Lounge in Terminal B.
