Plaza Premium Lounge (H1, level 3, airside): Priority Pass hours 06:00–00:00 every day, maximum stay 2 hours, cold buffet included, standard alcohol included, premium alcohol extra. Priority Pass conditions say no smoking, no dress code, and children are not admitted. American Express's page for the same lounge says smart casual, children under 2 free, and showers cost extra. The airport page lists a dedicated shower and a designated smoking area. Those three sources do not match; the desk is the tie-breaker.
Plaza Premium First (J1, level 3, airside): airport page lists premium food, a private shower, Wi-Fi, a smoking area, and massage for a fee when available. Hours, memberships, and a walk-in price are not published there. Do not assume Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or a DragonPass code opens it.

The working Priority Pass lounge at Techo, at H1 on level 3. Hours and the 2-hour cap are on the Priority Pass page (4.2 from about 346 reviews). Child, dress, and smoking rules conflict with the American Express and airport pages.

The airport does not publish a terminal Wi-Fi network name. Both lounge write-ups advertise high-speed Wi-Fi inside the lounges.
