Scheduled flights moved to Techo on 9 September 2025. A ticket that still says PNH is the previous airport.

e-Arrival

File the Cambodia e-Arrival card before you fly

arrival.gov.kh is the official portal. Air Cambodia says every inbound traveler has had to file it since 1 September 2024, up to 7 days before arrival. It is not a visa.

Level 3

Food and both Plaza Premium lounges are on the mezzanine

The airport guide puts airside and landside dining on level 3. Plaza Premium Lounge is at H1; Plaza Premium First is at J1.

Children

Lounge child rules disagree

Priority Pass says children are not admitted to Plaza Premium Lounge. American Express says children under 2 are free. Ask at the desk before you queue.

IATA KTI, ICAO VDTI. Commercial flights began 9 September 2025 and replaced Phnom Penh International (PNH).
One terminal in Kandal Stung: arrivals on level 1, check-in and screening on level 2, food and lounges on level 3.
Vinci counted 1,673,000 passengers from September through December 2025. That is not a full year.
The operator site says the airport is about 20 km south of Phnom Penh. There is no metro and no airport railway.
Official taxis and the Grab, WowNow, and PassApp apps are listed at about USD 10–20. Parking tariffs after the free drop-off window are not published.
