Evening peaks add 20–30 minutes; ANA international may be T2, not T3.
T3 international security is commonly 15–30 minutes outside Golden Week and Obon. Domestic T1/T2 evening peaks (18:00–21:00) add 20–30 minutes. ANA international in T2 shares a domestic building — screenshot the terminal before you leave the hotel.
Do not assume every international flight is Terminal 3.
Official FAQ: T1 is domestic. T2 is ANA domestic plus ANA international. T3 is international only. JAL international is T3; JAL domestic is T1. Free shuttle links T1/T2; Keikyu and Monorail serve all three terminals.
Airside is fine but thinner late at night.
Ramen and set-meal counters upstairs in T3 are strong; many kitchens wind down after 21:00. Convenience stores are the cheap water and snack play in every terminal.
ANA/JAL flagship lounges need cabin or alliance status — not Priority Pass.
POWER LOUNGE T1/T2 PP windows are 09:00–16:00 on the live directory, not the 06:00–21:00 operator hours. TIAT Lounge accepts PP only 01:00–05:00. Sky Lounge South is the default all-day T3 PP room. Centurion is Amex-only near Gate 114.
