The International Terminal handles overseas flights; the Domestic Terminal handles Thai domestic sectors. Terminal X is charter/overflow — only go there if your airline explicitly sends you. There is no airside shortcut between international and domestic. Convenience-store + Thai QSR coverage is fine; overnight dining is thin outside lounges and 24h shops.
Landside and airside 7-Eleven / convenience shops are the reliable snack and water play before and after screening. Food courts and Thai quick- service cover noodles, rice plates, fried chicken, and coffee at tourist- island prices. Sit-down options thin out overnight. If you hold Priority Pass, Coral food is usually the better “meal” than another mediocre airside sandwich once the max-stay clock works for your gate time.
Coral covers both terminals; Blue Ribbon is Bangkok Airways-operated only — watch hours and max-stay timers.
