Official airport guidance lists RVM S50 (express) and R51 from Münster Hauptbahnhof as the regular public links; there is no station under the terminal. Westfalenfahrplan shows a direct S50 Münster Hbf → Greven Flughafen in about 33 minutes; R51 is a direct but slower ~50-minute option. WestfalenTarif EinzelTicket is €9.50 adult / €5.10 child on this relation (Aug 2026 query). Deutschlandticket covers the bus. The former Osnabrück express (X150/X15/X52) is discontinued — from Osnabrück, rail to Münster (or Ibbenbüren) then S50, or a taxi/prebooked transfer.

FMO Security Services runs passenger and cabin-bag screening under Bezirksregierung supervision. Standard EU liquids still apply: ≤100 ml containers in one transparent 1 L bag, electronics out. Landside Café Jetlag sits in Terminal 2 by the check-in counters (public area) — buy bottles there before screening. Airside, smartseller’s “you are here” / Your Kitchen (duty-free + snacks, warm/cold drinks) opens from about 2 hours before each departure opposite the gates; prices are higher once you are through.
