Etihad's dedicated post-CBP lounge opened with the Pier C facility. The airline's current banner states the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Preclearance facility at Zayed International Airport is temporarily closed, so this lounge is not in service. Eligible U.S.-bound passengers should use the main Etihad First or Business lounge before the pier. Confirm the specific flight close to departure; traveler reports of partial resumption have not been matched by Etihad's published notice.
