The First Class Lounge sits in the Etihad complex between piers C and D and is open 24/7 for eligible guests. Complimentary access is for The Residence and First on Etihad-operated flights. Etihad Guest lounge access is a Custom Benefit, not an automatic Platinum perk. Paid First access requires a confirmed Business ticket and is sold only through Manage Booking on Etihad-operated, non-U.S. flights for up to four hours. Children under two are free; ages 2–12 are charged half the adult rate when a rate is offered. Fees include tax, are non-refundable, and Etihad will not quote a door price.
