The Terminal 5 Pearl Lounge is above C37, in the Pier C/Terminal 4-side gate area. It is a conventional contract lounge with a buffet, Wi-Fi and basic work-friendly facilities.
Check your gate before committing: E and especially F can be a long walk. Priority Pass reviews average 3.1, so treat it as included-access convenience rather than a premium experience.
