Aspire is designed as a more polished public lounge, with Scandinavian styling, showers, a central cocktail bar, recliners and a dedicated fika area. The food is prepared in its own kitchen rather than being described as a bare snack spread.
Its non-Schengen position is the deciding factor. It is a strong fit if your departure is on that side of Terminal 5, but not worth risking a lengthy return walk for a Schengen flight.
