TOS · A compact single-terminal Arctic gateway with typically fast security and a 10–15 minute city transfer, trading limited airside food and weather-driven winter delays for pure simplicity.
SOJ · A compact, lounge-free Avinor short-field for Sørkjosen / Nordreisa — free OnePark parking, taxi-first ground access about 4.5 km from Storslett, no named airside F&B on Avinor’s directory, Saturday terminal closed, and Arctic fjord weather on a ~0.9–1.0 km runway, with Widerøe PSO Dash 8s as the published scheduled airline.

Build more buffer Nov–Mar than the terminal size suggests.

Saturday is closed — and short-field weather owns the clock
Tiny terminal; Saturday fully closed, Sunday split hours, and Arctic STOL weather on ~0.9–1.0 km 14/32 are the real planning constraints.
One compact Sørkjosen passenger building — no second terminal myth
Single passenger terminal; no named airside shop on the current Avinor directory; walking distances are short.
No named Avinor shop — eat in Storslett / Sørkjosen or on the aircraft
Avinor’s shopping page lists no café or kiosk; treat F&B as unreliable and plan town or onboard meals.
