TAG · A single 2018 terminal on Panglao that already outgrew its 2 million design, with real Seoul and Busan flights and no published lounge.
CEB · Philippines’ second-busiest gateway on Mactan Island with a bangka-roofed international terminal, dual parallel runways since 2025, MyBus to SM City Cebu, two 24-hour Plaza Premium Priority Pass lounges, and PAL Mabuhay rooms (T2 mornings only) — tradeoffs are the bridge to Cebu City, no rail, and no sterile domestic↔international walk unless CEB Connects applies.

Seoul flights bookend the night
On the Korean open-data timetable updated 20 August 2026, Jeju Air leaves Incheon at 21:30 and the return reaches Incheon at 07:50, so the Bohol arrival is after midnight and the departure is early morning.
Use the Panglao pin, not Tagbilaran
Airline flights left the city airport on 28 November 2018. A navigation pin for Tagbilaran Airport (RPVT) drops you at the closed field, about 13.5 km from this runway.
Do not plan a meal around a lounge
No Priority Pass, LoungeKey or DragonPass lounge is published here, and the operator has not posted a shop-by-shop food list.

T1 vs T2 is the whole game — CEB Connects is not automatic
Trust the boarding-pass terminal; no sterile domestic↔intl walk; CEB Connects is 35/60 min MCT for participating airlines only.
Silent airport — watch FIDS, not PA announcements
Silent airport — FIDS and airline push notifications beat PA calls.
Eat landside before security when the schedule allows
Landside T1 Airport Village beats airside markup without a lounge.
