Trust the boarding-pass terminal; no sterile domestic↔intl walk; Cebu Connects is conditional, not automatic.

Domestic = Terminal 1; international = Terminal 2. Arrive early for bagged domestics in holiday / Sinulog peaks; international banks want a full check-in + immigration + security buffer. Same-day domestic↔international connections re-clear landside / CIQ unless your airline and Cebu Connects conditions are met (same itinerary, onward boarding pass issued, bags tagged through, typically under 12 hours — confirm airline day-of). Separate tickets need a much wider buffer or an overnight. Decide the first land stop before you land: Mactan resort ≠ Cebu City ≠ North/South bus terminal ≠ pier — MyBus only covers the SM City Cebu spine cheaply.

MCIA limits general boarding announcements. Recheck flight-information displays and the airline app after food or a lounge stop. T2’s timber bangka hall is beautiful and easy to wander in — gate changes still happen. Covered walk links the terminals for landside movers; do not treat that walk as an airside shortcut.

Landside T1 Airport Village beats airside markup without a lounge.

Terminal 1’s Airport Village landside cafés and convenience retail are usually better value than deep airside markup, and sealed water is cheaper before you clear. Without Plaza Premium access, plan a real meal landside — especially on domestic banks when T1 airside is café-thin outside peaks. T2 duty-free and airside F&B exist after immigration, but they are not a substitute for a calm landside sit-down when you still have time.

Priority Pass lists only Plaza Premium T1 (domestic airside after X-ray, elevator to Level 1, right-hand side) and Plaza Premium T2 (international airside after immigration, lift opposite Gate 20 to Level 1). Both 00:00– 23:59 / 24 hours daily; PP max stay 2 hours; children under 2 free. Showers and premium alcohol are often extra. Official PAGSS locations are NAIA T1/T3, Clark, Davao, Puerto Princesa — not Cebu. Aerotel is the paid nap/shower hotel upstairs in T2.
