AAI civil enclave at Lohegaon IAF airfield with a much-improved New Integrated Terminal (Jul 2024) and three live Priority Pass Elysian rooms — still held back by a short single runway, IAF ATC coordination, no on-airport rail, and an international lounge that is evening/overnight only.
T2 is a real international terminal with dense dining and lounges, but the T1/T2 split, monsoon road chaos, and chronically full PP lounges keep BOM firmly in 'plan hard, then it's fine' territory.
