Statewide visitor guidance is 2 hours for interisland and 3 hours for overseas. USDA bag check sits at the counters before TSA even starts.

Overseas Terminal arrivals are on the second level; baggage claim is ground level (turn right off the escalator). The commuter terminal is its own curb.

Sammy’s Beach Bar & Grill (central hall, 10:00–21:30) is the sit-down plate; Stinger Ray’s is the official full kitchen past TSA.
