Most important tips

Know before you go

A compact traveler cheat sheet for timing, terminals, food, and disruption checks.

Lounges

No Priority Pass at YHM

Canada PP index omits Hamilton. Plan Dark Horse airside or Tim Hortons landside.

Truth over completeness: lounge rows omitted — no sourced open VIP.

Airside

Dark Horse / Detour in Departures Lounge

Specialty coffee, pastries, grab-and-go, light entrees, beer/wine/cocktails post-security.

Tim Hortons is pre-security only — liquids cannot pass CATSA.

Transit

HSR A Line Express Route 20

Official bus link to downtown Hamilton, Hamilton GO Centre, and Mohawk College.

Confirm live HSR schedule; taxis and Uber/Lyft cover gaps.

Museum

Warplane Heritage free with boarding pass

Same-day boarding pass = free admission next door — useful on long connections.

Museum is beside the terminal per flyhamilton.ca amenities.
