Escape / Priority Pass: lounge is airside, opposite the TSA checkpoint, next to the walkway for Gates A1–A12. Official shop-and-dine still files Escape under Concourse B. Follow the “Airport Lounge” / Escape signs after you clear, not a second terminal map.

Parking (live flyxnaparking.com locations page, 12 Sep 2026): Metropolis ALPR, pay on exit or reserve at booking.flyxna.com (reservation window: ≥24 hours ahead, ≤12 months, stay 24 hours–60 days). Drive-up daily caps: Premium Plus $35 (~20 ft); Short-term $20 (~225 ft, first hour free, ADA $8/day); Parking Deck $22 (~455 ft, first hour free, ADA $22, handicapped spaces on levels 2–4 per FAQ); Long-term $12 (~523 ft); Economy $8 (~895 ft). Hourly steps are on that page. Service fee $0.99 / $1.74 on Metropolis-processed exits only. Cell-phone lot: free, at the parking entrance, driver must remain in the vehicle. FAQ: curb drop-off is allowed; waiting on the curb is not. flyxna.com/parking 404s — use the Metropolis site. Official pages mention EV charging exists; they do not print a stall count or a kWh tariff on the locations card.
Rideshare: Official buses/shuttles/taxis page names Uber and Lyft. It does not print a door number — follow the live curb signs.
Taxi / car service: Jim’s Express Shuttle & Taxi, next to baggage claim #1, 479-205-0011, email on the card, call for rates (no official tariff). Pinnacle Car Services, official pin meet at the escalator. Do not invent a downtown flat.
Bus: Official XNA pages do not name a public bus. Ozark Regional Transit’s published Bentonville / Rogers / Springdale / Fayetteville fixed routes do not list the airport. Do not copy a $1.25 On-Demand fare onto XNA.
Rentals: Official logos: Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Thrifty. Auto-rental parking is on the Metropolis locations page (~895 ft). No Alamo, Dollar, or Sixt on the official on-airport list.
Driving: Official directions page — XNA sits outside Bentonville; it publishes Bentonville / Rogers / Springdale / Fayetteville / Siloam Springs Google links. AirNav bird activity on and in the vicinity. No live Proby-style construction banner on the homepage today; the Western Concourse / future deck are the projects to watch.
