Uzbekistan Airports lists Urgench among the airports where it sells CIP-hall service, and the departure terminal opened in 2014 with a CIP hall. Across the network the service includes separate check-in, baggage drop, passport and customs lanes, Wi-Fi, TV and press, a bar with hot and light dishes, and a separate transfer to the aircraft. The operator's tariff table names Urgench but leaves its price blank, and it does not publish opening hours or the hall's location. Children under 2 travel free and ages 2–12 pay 50% under the network rules. Contact the airport before you travel. We found no Priority Pass, LoungeKey or DragonPass access.
