Finavia contacts: the terminal opens with the flight schedule. Landside Turku Cafe, airside Turku Cafe, and Aura Bar all staff around departing flights; Aura Bar explicitly opens about two hours before its Wizz Air departures next to gate 21. For a typical LCC bank, 90–120 minutes before STD is the realistic window if you need airside food or tax-free bits.

Single terminal; the costly error is mixing TKU with TMP / MHQ / HEL.

Check-in, security, both Turku Cafes, Aura Bar, and the gates share one compact terminal (former Terminal 2 is gone). There is no airside train. Confusing TKU with TMP (Tampere-Pirkkala), MHQ (Mariehamn), POR (Pori), or HEL on a southwest-Finland itinerary is the expensive failure mode.

Real Finavia/SSP cafes, but flight-tied; landside lunch is a weekday window.

Turku Cafe before security: specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches; weekday homemade-style lunch 10:45–13:30. After security: Turku Cafe in the gate area (snacks, coffee, small tax-free alcohol/souvenirs) plus Aura Bar downstairs by gate 21 for Wizz banks. Hours follow departures — eat in Turku centre before very early outbound flights.

Bus 1 is the cheap default; taxi covers gaps; app parking beats machines.

Adult single €3.15 (app/contactless); cash on bus €4.50; +€1 night 23:00–04:00. Taxi stand at arrivals with a free booking phone by the entrance. App parking undercuts machine rates; day rate from €16 (app) / €19 (machine) for 8–24 h.
