One civil terminal at **1000 Col. Eileen Collins Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13212**. Main **315-454-3263**. Official map: **one TSA** on the second floor, then **Concourse A** (south) and **Concourse B** (north) on the same sterile side. Bags on the first floor: Terminal A and Terminal B claim halls. Homepage **27** nonstops vs dining-page gate pins and a destinations page that names **24** cities vs Feb 2026 press that still says **29** — use the named destination list, not the rounded counts.

Official airlines page (12 Sep 2026), eight names: **Allegiant, American, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Sun Country, United**. **Southwest is not on the live list.** FY Dec 2025 carrier table still prints a blank Southwest row — leftover. **No scheduled international passenger airline** on the live destinations list. CBP is **on request**, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00, **315-399-4730**. AirNav also prints **315-455-2271** and Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00 — cite both.
