Timing

Use JetBlue's 3-hour clock, not leftover 9-to-3 desk hours

JetBlue tells STI passengers to arrive 3 hours before departure. Security is posted 24 hours.

The same JetBlue page lists ticket counters 09:00–15:30, which leftover-conflicts with live overnight Newark/New York banks on the official FIDS. Appear 3 hours before YOUR departure and confirm the live desk.

Gates

There is one commercial hall and six jetbridges

Scheduled passengers use the international terminal. Boarding is upstairs after CESAC and passport control at gates B1–B6.

The general-aviation building next door is not the JetBlue/American/Delta door. The new passenger terminal is still construction — leftover Wikipedia 'mid-2026 opening' is stale.

Food

Eat before security or use Sala Zafiro

Food is a modest second-floor bank plus duty-free after immigration — this is not PUJ.

Do not invent named chains or peso tills. If you hold Priority Pass, Zafiro's complimentary snacks and local rum/beer beat the public cafes for a long JFK wait.

Ground

Uber can pick up; leftover city-centers pin is the airport

Official taxis wait at arrivals. Uber operates in Santiago. Bolt is not a Dominican product on this site.

Driving to Parque Duarte is ~11 km great-circle / typically 20–30 min via Autopista Duarte. Do not sit leftover aggregator DOP taxi grids. Parking tariffs are unpublished on aeropuertocibao.com.do.
