CIP lounge, floor 2, international departures, 45 seats, open-plan, with a view. Maximum stay 3 hours. The opening clock is not published.
From 1 April 2025 the operator accepts Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Every Lounge. Show the card or the app QR code at the CIP desk. DragonPass and the Uzbekistan Airways programme MILES·ON·AIR are free on the lounge's own tariff page. Business class is free except Turkish Airlines. Children under 2 with a parent are free. Everyone else pays $50 at the CIP reception, taxes included, converted at the Central Bank rate that day. The airport says service depends on capacity.
Inside: buffet, Wi-Fi, TV, a bar at extra charge, and a mother-and-child room. A smoking room, prayer room, playground, and duty-free are described as next to the lounge, not necessarily inside it. Showers are not listed.

The VIP lounge is a different product. It has its own entrance and parking on the right wing, passport and customs control inside, and a separate ride to the aircraft. Departure is $100 if booked at least 24 hours ahead, and $125 if the request is urgent (under 24 hours). Arrival is $70, or $87.50 if urgent. A request inside 8 hours can be refused. Cancelling inside 4 hours costs the full fee. This is not a Priority Pass lounge.
Wi-Fi is free in the terminal. Log in with a passport, by SMS, or by a voice call. The session is limited and the page does not print the cap or the network name. Reconnect by signing in again. The information desk can help.
Food the operator actually places: Avesto (floor 2, international departures sterile area, cakes and pastries) and Giotto (floor 1, common arrival area, coffee, gelato, waffles). The terminal scheme also names Cafe Svobodno, Bar Beer Concept, Cafe Chocolate, Espresso Coffee Bar, a fast-food cafe, Yess coffee, Caffe Bar-el, and AirFood. Hours and prices are not on those listings.
