Domestic is split. T3 is the new building; T1 is still busy. They are not a short walk.
On 28 Aug 2026 ACV/SGGP had T3 at 289 domestic flights vs T1 at 155. Use the free landside shuttle (04:30–00:30) if you guess wrong.
CAA Vietnam asks T3 passengers to arrive ~2 hours before departure and to use online/kiosk check-in.
Holiday peaks are real: ACV expected 121,089 passengers on 28 Aug 2026. International T2 also queues at immigration.
Airside food is typical airport Vietnamese coffee and noodles — fine, not a reason to linger.
We are not inventing restaurant names or prices. District 1 is close enough that a meal in town usually beats a long airside sit, unless you are already through security.
Priority Pass has five SGN lounges across T1, T2 and T3. A T3 visit is useless on a T2 boarding pass.
T3: SENS, SH Premium, plus VNA Lotus/Premier. T2: Rose, Jasmine (PP); Apricot is Plaza/day-pass, not on the current PP list. T1: Le Saigonnais.
