There is no second terminal and no airside hop to invent. Ticketing and baggage claim sit on Level 1; the only TSA checkpoint is on Level 3; the linear concourse is Level 2.

Skybridge from Level 3 reaches the garage. Official Goodmaps indoor navigation is the Jetport’s published wayfinding app (added 2025). Sleeping in Airports still saying 11 gates / METRO Route 5 is stale — official pages list Gate 12 and Route 7.

No terminal rail. Amtrak Downeaster and Concord Coach sit at Portland Transportation Center, not this curb. Official taxi: $15 flat to the Concord Coach terminal + $1.50 originating-Jetport surcharge (since 1 Jan 2010). Ground Transportation booth is just outside baggage claim (207-879-1903).
Greater Portland METRO Route 7 has served the Jetport since 16 Jun 2024 (official). It is the downtown / Amtrak / South Portland Bus / ZOOM connector — ignore stale Route 5 write-ups. Base fare $2.25 / reduced $1.10 as of 1 Aug 2026 (gpmetro.org). DiriGo Pass daily cap $6.50; Tap-to-Ride does not give transfers or the cap. Confirm the live timetable at gpmetro.org (207-774-0351).
Taxis: booth outside baggage claim, first departure to last arrival. City code: metered inside Portland with a $10 Jetport minimum even if the meter is lower. Official published sheet is the out-of-town flat list (Freeport $54.50, Yarmouth $47.50, Old Orchard $40.00, Biddeford/Saco $47.50, Lewiston/Auburn $87.50) — downtown Portland is not on that sheet because it is metered. Third-party guides saying “under $20 downtown” are plausible, not an official flat.
Uber / Lyft: follow the app to the marked rideshare curb after bags; official pages do not publish a pole number. Do not wait in the cell-phone lot for a pinged car unless the app sends you there.

Single three-level terminal. Official In the Terminal page lists amenities through Gate 12 (adult changing room at Gate 12). July 2025 ribbon-cutting: $21.6 million / 4,200 sq ft concourse addition with three new boarding bridges, seven ADA all-gender toilets, and a new service-animal relief area. Older third-party maps still saying 11 gates are stale.

No terminal rail. Amtrak Downeaster and Concord Coach sit at Portland Transportation Center, not this curb. Official taxi: $15 flat to the Concord Coach terminal + $1.50 originating-Jetport surcharge (since 1 Jan 2010). Ground Transportation booth is just outside baggage claim (207-879-1903).
Greater Portland METRO Route 7 has served the Jetport since 16 Jun 2024 (official). It is the downtown / Amtrak / South Portland Bus / ZOOM connector — ignore stale Route 5 write-ups. Base fare $2.25 / reduced $1.10 as of 1 Aug 2026 (gpmetro.org). DiriGo Pass daily cap $6.50; Tap-to-Ride does not give transfers or the cap. Confirm the live timetable at gpmetro.org (207-774-0351).
Taxis: booth outside baggage claim, first departure to last arrival. City code: metered inside Portland with a $10 Jetport minimum even if the meter is lower. Official published sheet is the out-of-town flat list (Freeport $54.50, Yarmouth $47.50, Old Orchard $40.00, Biddeford/Saco $47.50, Lewiston/Auburn $87.50) — downtown Portland is not on that sheet because it is metered. Third-party guides saying “under $20 downtown” are plausible, not an official flat.
Uber / Lyft: follow the app to the marked rideshare curb after bags; official pages do not publish a pole number. Do not wait in the cell-phone lot for a pinged car unless the app sends you there.
Parking (live board 9 Sep 2026): long-term garage and surface lots $16/day (the 5 Aug 2026 change is $1 per 30 minutes with a $16 daily max).
