From Terminals & Navigation

One terminal for everything. The ground floor has check-in (19 desks), arrivals and baggage claim. Screening, gates and the departure lounges are on the 2nd floor, and the extra waiting hall is on the 3rd floor.
Business-class and Sky Priority passengers check in at a separate desk on the ground floor. Aeroflot and S7 have self-service kiosks on the ground floor, and a universal kiosk opposite the screening entrance prints boarding passes for all airlines.
Boarding is usually by apron bus from the gate to the aircraft.
Chinese-language signs were added in September 2026 in the atrium, at check-in and in the arrivals and departures halls, and food outlets have Chinese menus.
Services: a 24-hour medical point on the ground floor (left side); left luggage, open 24 hours, on the ground floor to the right in domestic arrivals; Sberbank ATMs in the left wing of the ground floor; and a Planeta Zdorovya pharmacy in the ground-floor hall.
The mother-and-child room is free and open 24 hours, for children under 7 with one adult, children with disabilities under 14, and women in the second half of pregnancy. It has cots, changing tables, a feeding room and a shower. Ask at the information desk (+7 342 299-15-95).
Reduced mobility: book assistance through your airline at least 48 hours ahead, or apply to the airport at least 3 hours before departure (+7 919 445-13-11). There is a call button at the entrance. Wheelchairs and help through all formalities are free, with ambulift or special-vehicle boarding.
