Ordu Gazete on 22 October 2026 printed the winter plan through the last week of March: Turkish Airlines 17 Istanbul flights a week, AJet 18, Pegasus 13, AJet 10 to Ankara, Izmir on two days a week, and SunExpress Düsseldorf only at intervals.

The airport website does not publish the timetable. Treat the newspaper figures as the plan, and check the airline before you leave the city.

One terminal, 20,250 m², opened to traffic on 22 May 2015. The operator is H24 and customs and immigration are H24.
DHMI 2025 traffic was 1,117,152 domestic, 46,148 international, and 1,163,300 total.
Runway 10/28 is 3,000 × 45 m asphalt. The 19 March 2026 AIP gives PCR 1030 F/B/W/T. ILS CAT I is published for runway 28.
No public lounge. The technical page lists CIP as not active. VIP is a protocol facility.

One passenger building, 20,250 m². The international-terminal page splits the sterile halls into 3,550 m² domestic and 4,200 m² international, and states a design capacity of 1 million domestic and 1 million international passengers a year. 2025 traffic was 1,117,152 domestic and 46,148 international, so the domestic year ran past that design figure while the international year did not.
Check-in is 20 shared desks. Departure gates are three domestic and two international. Baggage reclaim is two domestic belts and two international belts.
Customs is at the international departures entrance and in the international arrivals baggage hall. The AIP records a permanent border gate without adding a separate facility description.
Inside the terminal the operator lists a buffet, restaurant, cafe, car-rental offices, souvenir and local-product shops, a bank ATM, a tourism office, a baggage-wrap point, and payphones. The AIP puts a bank branch and the post office in the cities, not in the terminal. An ATM and a bank branch are different things, and both statements can stand.
Security is police, DHMI, and private security, with CCTV listed as 24 hours. No Wi-Fi network name is published.
Runway 10/28 is asphalt, 3,000 × 45 m, slope 0.00 percent. The AIP chart cycle dated 23 January 25, still inside the 19 March 2026 PDF, gives PCR 1030 F/B/W/T, TORA/TODA/ASDA/LDA of 3,000 m, a 3,120 × 280 m strip, and a 180 × 90 m RESA. Intersection takeoff from taxiway A is 1,950 m on runway 10 and the AIP also lists 2,200 m from taxiway B. There is no stopway or clearway. The technical page still prints PCN 84. That older figure is not the AIP strength.
Taxiway A is 24 m asphalt, PCR 950 F/B/W/T. Taxiway B is 24 m asphalt, PCR 1100 F/B/W/T. The technical page still prints PCN 84 and PCN 105 for those taxiways.
Apron parking areas 1 through 8B are concrete, PCR 1120 R/B/W/T. The altimeter checkpoint on the apron is 4 m, not the 11 ft field elevation. The technical page still says nine stands and an apron of 377 × 120 m at PCN 110. The AIP does not repeat that stand count or those dimensions.

The taxi rank is in front of the terminal. The published phone is 0541 100 3352. No official taxi fare or ride time is on the airport page.
Rental desks named on that page, with the phones printed there: CarPlus 0532 527 77 44, Garenta 0530 479 95 13, Avis 0549 562 23 12, MyFleet 0530 860 28 52, and Europcar 0452 500 65 00.
Havaş is the named coach. The airport page does not print a timetable or a fare. Ordu Gazete on 3 September 2026 printed a Havaş tariff, same price both ways: Altınordu 200 TL, Fatsa 340, Ünye 430, Piraziz 130, Bulancak 180, Giresun 220, Keşap 280, Espiye 350, Tirebolu 460, Görele 500, and Eynesil 550. That is a news report of the fare, not a DHMI tariff.
The terminal page counts 60 open spaces and 229 covered spaces, 289 in total. DHMI tariff Rev.02, in force from 15 October 2026, puts Ordu-Giresun in the same car group as Adana, Antalya, Esenboğa, and Trabzon. A car, pickup, or minibus is 90 TL for up to 1 hour, 125 TL for 1–3 hours, 180 TL for 3–6, 205 TL for 6–12, and 280 TL for 12–24. A motorcycle is 50 / 70 / 90 / 105 / 140 TL on those same bands. A midibus, bus, or truck is 125 / 180 / 225 / 280 / 385 TL. Closed lots are 20 percent more. After 24 hours, each full day is the 12–24 hour rate and the leftover hours are that daily rate divided by 24. The parking table says VAT is included. A 15-minute free period applies only where the terminal can be reached only by entering the car park. DHMI does not say Ordu-Giresun is one of those airports.
DHMI call centres printed on the airport pages are 444 34 64 and 444 24 07. The AIP switchboard is +90 452 226 2852, the airport authority +90 452 226 2855, and the email is infoordugiresun@dhmi.gov.tr. The AIP still prints https://ordugiresun.dhmi.gov.tr, which did not resolve on 4 November 2026. The working pages are on dhmi.gov.tr.

Shops are souvenirs and local products, plus baggage wrap. A tourism office is inside the terminal and also in Ordu and Giresun. Hotels are in the two cities, not on the airport.
DHMI tariff Rev.02, in force from 15 October 2026, bills airlines a departing-passenger service charge and a security charge. Internationally, Ordu-Giresun falls in "other airports": €8.50 service and €2.02 security. Domestically it is in the named group at 68.60 TL service and 11.80 TL security. Those are airline charges in the tariff, not a fare printed at a counter. A foreign-registered aircraft on a domestic sector is charged as international.
Winter 2026–27, as printed by Ordu Gazete on 22 October 2026, runs from the last week of October to the last week of March. No new route was announced. SunExpress keeps Düsseldorf at intervals. The 2025 DHMI total of 46,148 international passengers is the evidence that international flying is real. It is not a reason to promise a seat on a given November day.
DHMI snow kit is two snow-removal vehicles, one de-icer, one snow blower, and three sweepers, with friction measured by one ASFT and one NAC-Dynamic. Noise-abatement departure is listed until 3,000 ft.

SunExpress Düsseldorf is the only international route in that plan, and it is "at intervals," not a published weekly flight. Summer 2026 had a weekly SunExpress and a weekly Pegasus Düsseldorf service through the end of October. Do not assume either is still daily or weekly in November.
Use the shared 20-desk check-in hall. Domestic and international do not have separate terminal buildings, so the wrong door is a short walk, not a transfer.
