Norwich has not moved to CT leave-in-bag screening on published passenger-information rules: each liquid ≤100 ml, all liquids in one transparent resealable bag (~20×20 cm / ≤1 litre), bag sealed and presented separately, and laptops / large electronics removed for screening. Empty reusable bottles before the lane. Fast Track is £7, sold only on the day at Customer Services (not online) — same DfT rules, shorter queue. KLM Business / Platinum / Gold / Skippers and Loganair W Class collect a complimentary Fast Track ticket at the same desk. Airport guidance: check in at least 2 hours before departure; bag-drop no later than 45 minutes before STD; be at the gate 30 minutes before departure.

PR1 is the default public link into Norwich — budget £3 adult day or a taxi to the station; there is no on-airport rail.

There is no rail station on the airport. First Bus Airport Park & Ride PR1 leaves from the stop outside the terminal and runs into Norwich city centre up to every 14 minutes by day, 7 days a week including bank holidays (operator: fully electric fleet). Airport published cash/contactless / First Bus app fares: Adult £3.00, Young person 5–19 £2.00, Concession £2.00, Duo £4.00, Group (up to five) £6.00. Konectbus / Canary Konect route 35 also stops at the terminal toward city centre, rail station and Carrow Road (~hourly, Adult Day from £5.30). Norwich station is ~20 minutes by taxi for Greater Anglia / East Midlands Railway. Official taxi: A2B Taxis 01603 552354 (desk by car hire; bays in Car Park 1).

Real airside lounge with Priority Pass — worth it on long KLM or TUI waits; confirm evening opening if your check-in bank is late.

The only commercial passenger lounge sits airside after security. Airport: open for all flight departures in line with airline check-in times; light snacks by time of day; unlimited tea/coffee/soft drinks; wines and spirits with a two-drink alcohol policy; vegan/gluten-free on request if you email ahead; max stay 3 hours; smart/casual dress; groups capped at 6. Paid entry £29.99 per adult (book online or executive.lounge@norwichairport.co.uk). Complimentary for KLM Business / Ultimate / Flying Blue Platinum & Gold / C2000 Skippers / SkyTeam Elite Plus / Delta Elite Plus, plus Priority Pass, Lounge Pass, LoungeKey, Diners Club and DragonPass subject to space. Priority Pass currently lists hours 06:00–17:20 — late TUI returns may find the lounge closed even if the terminal is still open.

Budget £8 for a goodbye in CP1; anything longer belongs in pre-booked parking, not on the forecourt.

Official drop-off/pick-up is only inside Car Park 1 (Short Stay) in front of the terminal. Drive-up tariff: £8 for up to 20 minutes, £15 for 20–60 minutes, £20 for 1–4 hours, £30 for 4–12 hours, £50 per 24 hours (airport car-parking page). Car Park 2 (Long Stay) drive-up starts at £10 for short stays then £35 / first day. Blue Badge holders: dedicated CP1 drop-off/pick-up bays up to 4 hours charged at the “up to 20 minutes” rate after validating the badge at the parking office in the terminal. Car parks are cashless (card / contactless / Apple-Google Pay only from 1 Jan 2026). No EV chargers on site. Stopping on approach roads / roundabouts is banned and Vehicle Control Services can issue PCNs.
