This is an expensive assisted-processing VIP service rather than a normal airside lounge pass.
The international VIP/CIP lounge is a separate Terminal 1 facility with lounge seating and assisted check-in, customs and passport procedures. It is intended for passengers buying a premium airport-service package, including arriving travelers.
Book it for privacy and handling assistance rather than for food or a place to spend a long airside wait. It is not the same product as Sapar or Turan.
The international Priority Pass option is useful for a quiet seat and refreshments, not a destination lounge.
