Trust the 2-hour official clock on changeover days

Official security wants 2 hours domestic / 3 hours international; the homepage snapshot often prints 25–35 minutes in the general lane.

Checkpoint opens 04:00 and follows the last departing check-in. Summer Friday/Sunday banks and spring-break Saturdays are when the general line actually hits that 25–35 band. PreCheck on the same checkpoint is the <10-minute snapshot.

Layout

One TSA, then A and B on the same sterile walk

Ticketing and TSA sit upstairs next to each other; after screening you walk Concourse A or B without reclearing.

Bags, rentals, Quiet Room, and Door 6 taxis are downstairs. Dec 2025 added six Concourse A gates ($93.5M / 50,000 sq ft). AirNav still lists pushback PPR at A9–A12 and A14.

Trust flymyrtlebeach.com/information/dining-shopping/: Nacho Hippo, Chick-fil-A, Steak 'n Shake, Subway, Salt & Tide, Pizza Hyena, Starbucks between A and B, Pavilion Bar & Grill on B.

FAQ still names Boardwalk Cafe (landside), Caribou, and GrabnGo — leftover vs the live dining cards. Official pages do not print standing outlet hours. Alcohol sales 10:00–02:00 Mon–Sat / noon–02:00 Sunday, consume where purchased.
