Compact 2012 terminal, real leisure peaks — pad check-in and security when LCCs and charters stack.

Official 2025 traffic closed at 471,101 passengers with LOT, Ryanair and Wizz Air as the scheduled backbone plus a busy charter programme (Turkey, Croatia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Tunisia, Greek islands). Rome and Barcelona joined the scheduled map in 2025; 2026 launches called out by the airport include Trapani, Maastricht and Rijeka — always trust the live timetable. Classic 100 ml security plus bag-drop peaks still compress when morning UK turns and evening leisure banks overlap. Use airline app + live FIDS; pad earlier than the building size suggests on peak summer Saturdays.

Single Świdnik terminal — easy to walk; pick the BEL that matches your Schengen vs non-Schengen sterile path.

Landside: Departures and Arrivals faces, check-in opposite the doors, Information, Parking A/B kerbs, and the rail halt integrated with the terminal. Airside splits into Schengen and non-Schengen holds after security / passport control. Business Executive Lounge has a room on each sterile side — Priority Pass’s published Schengen room sits after security and duty free near So!Coffee; non-Schengen passengers should use the non-Schengen BEL rather than assuming they can linger on the Schengen path. Meeting point: landside arrivals after reclaim.

Café-scale airside offer plus BEL snacks — fine for coffee, not a dining hall.

Priority Pass places So!Coffee next to the Schengen BEL. Third-party and retail directories also cite Flying Bistro / café service, 1 Minute / convenience retail, and a modest duty-free / beauty offer airside — brands and exact units rotate, so treat FIDS-adjacent signage as ground truth on the day. Lounge snacks and drinks cover eligible BEL guests only while rooms are staffed for your bank. There is no food court — budget café prices or eat in Lublin before the train or bus 5.

Rail and bus 5 are the cushion; weather and the single strip own the delay risk.

Being ~10 km from Lublin with a terminal rail halt and MPK bus 5 makes recovery realistic when a turn runs late. Ops risk remains a single asphalt 07/25 runway, winter low cloud/fog on the plateau, classic liquids lanes, and stacked leisure banks in a small terminal. Confirm live FIDS and your airline app before leaving Zamość, Chełm, Puławy or the city — regional coach gaps hurt more than the short urban hop.
