Terminal 2 is the international hall from 5 August 2021 (ZACL press release). Arrivals and departures for every scheduled international flight use it.

Terminal 1 is the older domestic hall (Proflight / Zambia Airways domestic). Wikipedia leftover "one terminal" leftover-stale.

A long corridor connects T1 and T2. Pearl Lounge directions: tell Security and Immigration you are walking to the lounge, then budget time back to a T1 gate.

Mezzanine glass is the official spotting window (FAQ). Smoking: chamber in the international departure lounge, plus outdoor designated areas — not at the gate.

Prayer room / chapel: ask the information desk (FAQ). ATMs: Zanaco, FNB, Absa, Atlas Mara on the ZACL list. Three forex bureaux in T2.

Self-check-in: SITA CUTE / CUSS kiosks (Logcluster). Bags still go to a desk.

No public bus, no metro, no airport train (ZACL FAQ).
Orange-band taxis 24/7 at the rank outside the terminal. Printed start K250 / US$25 to the city centre. Agree the fare before you sit. ZACL publishes a numbered driver list on the transport page.
Yango is the live Lusaka ride-hail (Country Head Kabanda Chewe, 54,094 airport trips in 2025). Curb ETAs leftover-run long at 01:00; some drivers leftover-call to renegotiate. Official taxi is the reliable bags-and-kids option.
Uber never launched. Bolt is not a Lusaka city. Do not refresh either app at arrivals.
Hotel and travel-agency shuttles exist (BKS, Voyaguers on the ZACL list). Avis and Europcar desks are listed with T2 phone numbers.
Parking Terminal 2: first 10 minutes free, then K20 (10 min–1 h) up to K120 / 24 h. Lost ticket K70. Clamp K500. Drive-through penalty K200. FAQ leftover 20-minute free drop-off leftover-conflicts this table — sit 10 minutes.
Parking Terminal 1 has a separate drop-off / short-term / long-term grid (drop-off also 0–10 min free).
Pick-up at arrivals is allowed only from the car park, not from the kerb (FAQ).
