Baishite VIP Lounge (百事特贵宾厅, rooms 1–3) is the DragonPass listing for LUM. Domestic departure, main terminal, level 1, before security, about 50 m right of the terminal door inside the pagoda.
DragonPass standard time is 2.0 hours. Children under 2 enter free. The page says the service is whatever the room is offering that day, and it does not print a cash price.
Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and a credit-card benefit are not on that page. Do not assume them.
A second DragonPass title, a generic VIP room, had no walking directions of its own, so it is not a second listing here.
Level-2 shops were photographed on 11 August 2017. The operator site has no current restaurant list and no bottle price.
Terminal-wide Wi-Fi is not stated on the operator pages.
Ruili Airlines is the based carrier in the references checked. Older articles also called Dehong Nanya Aviation a base airline; that was not reconfirmed as flying in September 2026.
