One commercial passenger terminal, plus a separate 500 m² business terminal opened in 2011 for private and business flights only.
UAF 2025: 576,401 commercial passengers (−0.1% vs 2024, +23.6% vs 2019), of which 386,853 international and 189,441 national. Low-cost 495,082 (85.89%).
Runway 02/20 is 3,000 × 45 m, macadam, PCN 44 F/C/W/T. ILS CAT I is on runway 20 only. Reference elevation 1,260 ft.
AIP clocks are UTC in winter; the summer published clock is one hour earlier. Passenger pages on tlp.aeroport.fr use local time.

Scheduled passengers use one commercial terminal. Departures and arrivals are in that building. The chapel is on the arrivals level. The mailbox is beside the departures-hall bar. Customer service and baggage are at arrivals.
The business terminal is 500 m², inaugurated in 2011, with 9,000 m² of aircraft parking, a welcome and operations space, a VIP lounge, a bar, a meeting room, a rest area, and a room equipped for security and border checks. Crew space has a briefing room, a rest room, a kitchen, showers, and toilets. It is not a card lounge.
Free Wi-Fi covers the passenger terminal. The airport does not print an SSID or a password. The business terminal also states free Wi-Fi and a PC with a printer for crew and customers.
Wayfinding is a single hall, not a pier system. No published security-wait figure exists, so none is stored. Boarding is from the boarding lounge, where the Aelia duty-free shop sits.
AIP administration hours are 0500–2100, and 24 hours on request the day before. ATS is 0400–2230 and 2330–0200. MET briefing is 0145–2245. Commercial handling is 0500–2100, 24 hours on request the day before, telephone 05 62 32 96 00.
Customs and police: 1 November–31 March 0700–1700; 1 April–31 October 0500–2000. Outside those hours, prior notice is required except for diversions.
The business-terminal page says opening is on 48-hour PPR. The AIP prints both “PPR 24HR” and “PPR 48 HR” for business-terminal parking and handling. Handling and catering requests on the handling page must arrive at least 24 hours before the customer. Both statements are left as published.
Callsign LOURDES. Ground 121.800 / 121.805 MHz. Tower 119.050 / 119.055 MHz. ATIS 125.955 MHz, telephone +33 5 62 32 62 68. A business-terminal frequency 131.465 MHz is also printed. CTR Lourdes is class D, surface to 2,500 ft AMSL / 1,000 ft ASFC, excluding the active parts of LF-R 44 A/B/C.

TLP Mobilités line T7 links Tarbes SNCF and the airport via Juillan, about every 90 minutes. It does not run on Sundays or public holidays. No journey time and no fare are printed on the airport page.
Line TL links Tarbes SNCF with Lourdes SNCF and the Lourdes bus station, about hourly from 06:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. It does not run on Sundays or public holidays. No TL fare is printed.
For the first and last Paris Orly flights, TL is guaranteed without a reservation: leave the airport at 22:20 toward Tarbes and Lourdes after the last Orly arrival, and reach the airport at 05:55/06:00 from Tarbes/Lourdes for the first Orly departure. Not on Sundays or holidays.
A dedicated shuttle runs to Lourdes centre, avenue du Paradis, for €3, matched to regular Ryanair and Volotea flights. The winter 2026–2027 timetable is linked from the shuttle page. Pickup is at arrivals, at the bottom of the escalator. That is also where the T7 and TL shuttles are taken.
There is no airport railway. The AIP’s rail note is a freight siding at Tarbes station, 10 km away, not a passenger platform.
Taxis and ride-hail are named. No official taxi fare, no distance, and no company tariff are published, so none is stored. Airline-chartered coaches and car rental are named in the AIP without a fleet list.
Parking Aérogare, Parking Sud, and Parking Nord share one tariff. The first three hours are free. A landside sign photographed on 30 May 2025 lists 185 spaces at Aérogare, 325 at Nord, and 260 at Sud. Plate recognition replaces a ticket for cars; motorcycles still need a ticket. Payment is by card at the exit barrier, or by card or cash at the automatic tills. One minute into the next band moves you up a band. The hourly and daily euro grid is an image dated from 1 July 2026 and is not stored as invented numbers.
Subscriptions from 1 July 2026 are €150 TTC for 3 months, €240 for 6 months, and €432 for 12 months, signed at the parking office in the departures hall, open 06:00–22:00 (first flight to last flight). Advance reservation is not offered. Accessible bays have no extra free period. The airport disclaims theft and damage. The restaurant page’s phrase “ample free parking” is not the tariff.

Eat before you rely on the terminal. Côté-Py serves lunch only, Monday to Friday, 12:00–14:30, in the departures hall on level 1. The two bars follow the flights and publish no hours.
Non-EU flights, and the AIP also names Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, need a customs PPR with passenger and crew details: 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends and public holidays, to bse-tarbes@douane.finances.gouv.fr, div-toulouse2@douane.finances.gouv.fr, and codt-bordeaux@douane.finances.gouv.fr. The Bordeaux address is printed twice.
Overnight sleeping in the terminal is forbidden. The FAQ cites the Vigipirate plan.
Assistance for sick, disabled, and reduced-mobility passengers is requested from the airline or the travel agency before departure. The FAQ says airport staff are trained with the Hospitalité Notre-Dame de Lourdes. Booked PRM road transport is a separate €3 ticket: +33 5 62 93 13 93, Monday–Friday 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 except holidays.
