Timing

Arrive 3 hours early for international departures

Security and immigration bottlenecks hit 20-60+ min peak times.

Allow 3 hours minimum; use Smart Pass or city check-in to skip lines when available.

Terminal

T2 for Korean Air and Asiana; T1 for most others

Check boarding pass—inter-terminal shuttle takes 10-15 min.

Asiana moved all flights to T2 from 14 Jan 2026; Korean Air has been in T2 since 2018. T1 handles oneworld and other carriers.

Food

Hit airside Korean spots like Broth Kitchen or Twosome Place

Excellent value bibimbap and coffee under $10; many 24h options.

Landside has more variety but airside post-security is convenient for layovers.

Status

Star Alliance Gold or Priority Pass unlocks multiple lounges

Matina and Sky Hub are solid PP choices; Asiana for relaxing.

Matina lounges remain strong Priority Pass picks in T1; eligible Star Alliance passengers in T2 use Korean Air lounges.
