Timing

Hit the 30- and 35-minute walls

Official leftover: domestic check-in dies 30 minutes before STD, international 35. MU/FM/KN desks open 90 minutes before the first departure.

Official 95% of domestic check-in queues stay under 10 minutes and 95% of security under 10 — still arrive 120 minutes as the airport itself asks, because remote-stand buses and the 60-minute MCT eat the rest.

Terminal

Island C is MU; B or T is everyone else

Domestic: China Eastern / Shanghai Airlines / China United at check-in island C; other airlines at B or T. International: MU group at C, others at D, then the inspection block left of D.

Enter on 2F through doors 4 or 6 (door 5 on 1F has an up escalator). Do not walk to T2 for a flight — T2 is not live.

Food

Eat Xu's beef soup, not the landside CIP

Official leftover 许氏牛肉汤 sits opposite gates A08 and A14. 老乡鸡 is opposite A07/A15. McDonald's dessert kiosk is opposite A07/A08.

The Priority Pass landside CIP is before security and is a snack room. If you hold MU metal, walk to Gate A12 instead.

Airside Priority Pass leftover is First Class Lounge hfe6, escalator opposite Gate 9. China Eastern hfe5 opposite Gate 12 is MU/FM domestic metal only.

Live passenger campus is T1 only. T2 (about 369,800 m², dual-harbour + double-L) was still a June 2026 completion target and is not handling flights.
One 4E runway 15/33, 3,400 × 45 m. Second runway leftover is paused; do not write a dual-runway field.
