Hannover Flughafen station sits under Terminal C. S5 to Hauptbahnhof takes about 17–18 minutes (typically every 30 minutes for most of the day). From Hbf you need a GVH Einzelkarte for zones ABC — €5.70 from 1 Jan 2026. Deutschlandticket covers the ride.

Star Alliance / Miles & More elites use Lufthansa Business or Senator above Gate 6 in Terminal A airside. Priority Pass: Karl-Jatho Lounge near Gate 6 (Mon–Sat 05:00–19:00, Sun 08:00–19:00) or Melli-Beese opposite Gate 19 in Terminal C (daily 08:00–19:00). Max stay 3 hours on both PP lounges. You cannot walk between airside terminals.
Buy water landside — only one documented free fountain, at T-B arrivals Service Center.
Airport Frischecenter by Edeka on the Plaza between A and B (daily ~06:00–20:00) is the best-value water and snack stop. Marché Food Lover's Place (Terminal B departures) and McDonald's (Plaza) run 24/7 landside. Airside options are thinner; there is no free refill fountain after security.
