The honest take

UpperDeck is after Duty Free on the second floor, with air conditioning, accessible access, flight screens and reading material. It operates later than the Lomond Lounge and is the only GLA option shown in the Amex US Platinum Lounge Finder.

Priority Pass warns that access can be restricted when space is tight and that maintenance work may cause noise disruption. It is useful when admitted, but do not count on it as guaranteed walk-up space.
