One passenger campus, not two airports. The 1959 circular rotunda (reopened 30 June 2026) and the June 2015 international hall share the landside curb on Boulevard Lumumba.

International arrivals and departures use the 2015 hall (AP/AfDB: about 10,000 m², 1 million-passenger design, ~500 peak-hour). Do not copy leftover 5 million / 50,000 m² onto today's walk.

SOM's own project page leftover-conflicts "50,000 square feet" with the government's ~50,000 m² plan — sit the government m² as the unbuilt scheme, not as a live hall.

Ndolo Airport (NLO) is the older city field. Do not send an international ticket there.

The FARDC apron east of the civil tarmac is not a passenger door. Ignore leftover MONUSCO cargo photos as a wayfinding map.

Wayfinding is bilingual French/English at the main desks; leftover English signage is thinner once you leave the 2015 hall.

From Ground Transport & Parking

No metro. No live airport rail for a traveler with bags. President Tshisekedi rode Gare centrale–N'djili on 30 June 2026; ONATRA's 19 August 2026 public restart ran Tshenke/Masina–Gare centrale (~1 h 20, 2,000–5,000 CDF) and did not serve FIH. Do not plan the airport train.
Boulevard Lumumba is the road (~20–25 km, 20.7 km great-circle). Official taxi is unmetered; leftover typical Gombe quotes USD 30–50 — agree before you sit. USD cash is practical.
Yango is the live authorised VTC after the 14 July 2025 provincial decision (ACP). Uber never launched in CD. Bolt is not an authorised Kinshasa airport button. Heetch RDC was among the suspended platforms.
Transco city buses exist on the boulevard; leftover route numbers and fares are unpublished here — do not invent a route 34 fare.
RVA does not publish a parking tariff on rva.cd (the operator site is still a construction shell). Ask on site; do not copy leftover unofficial hourly rates.
Factor Boulevard Lumumba traffic into the 3-hour international plan, especially weekday evenings.
